Fees of Referring Attorney

At Parr Richey Obremskey & Morton, we respect the need for referring attorneys to be compensated for their services.  Just as the referring attorney's case involvement is dictated by that attorney and the client, the amount of the referral fee will be controlled by that involvement as well.

All referral fee agreements comply with the Rules of Professional Conduct, as we strive to insure compliance with ethical guidelines regulating attorney fees.  Upon settlement of the case, the referring attorney's fees are promptly paid.
