Michael L. Schultz
AssociateMike Schultz has concentrated his practice on complex employment-related litigation, representing both employees and employers. He also has litigated extensively in the areas of civil rights, personal injury, property issues, toxic torts, unincorporated associations, workers compensation, and both state and federal appeals.
Mr. Schultz is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, all federal district courts in Indiana, the Indiana Supreme Court, the United States Supreme Court, and all of Indiana’s state courts. He has tried many civil jury trials to verdict in employment and civil rights matters, and has been a member of the trial team in several cases where verdicts or settlements exceeding one million dollars were obtained for his clients.

Mr. Schultz is also on the Advisory Board of the Boone County United Way.
