Timothy L. Karns
AssociateTim Karns joined the firm in 2007 as an associate concentrating in civil litigation, utility law, environmental law, and general business litigation. He is particularly skilled in the areas of emerging technologies for alternative energy or "green" power. Mr. Karns is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and the Federal District Court for both the Southern District of Indiana and the Northern District of Indiana. During law school, Mr. Karns served as a certified legal intern for the Hendricks County Prosecutor's Office.
