Timothy L. Karns
AssociateTim Karns joined the firm in 2007 as an associate practicing in the areas of civil litigation, environmental law, utility law, and corporate law. Since joining the firm, Mr. Karns has represented clients involved in complex litigation before both State and Federal tribunals. Additionally, Mr. Karns has assisted clients in the settlement of claims resulting from catastrophic injuries
Mr. Karns also devotes a great deal of his practice to environmental law. While earning his undergraduate degree in biology from Purdue University, he became well versed in the scientific and technical principals utilized by many of today’s environmental rules and regulations. As a result, Mr. Karns has been able to effectively assist clients in determining if their operations comply with both state and federal environmental laws.
Mr. Karns is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and the Federal District Court for both the Southern District of Indiana and the Northern District of Indiana.
