Erin Casper Borissov
AssociateErin Casper Borissov joined the firm in 2008 as an associate concentrating in energy, telecommunications, and corporate law. After earning her undergraduate degree, Ms. Borissov was a staff economist at the consulting firm of Christensen Associates in Madison, Wisconsin, where she provided consulting services to electric and gas utility companies in matters such as retail rate cases, wholesale electricity price forecasting and fuel price forecasting. She then joined the staff of the Arizona Corporation Commission as a public utility analyst where she served in several collaborative rulemaking processes, provided oral and written testimony in an electricity rate case, and provided various staff reports and recommended orders to the Commission. Ms. Borissov is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and the Federal District Court for both the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.
