Parr Richey attorneys, Jim Buddenbaum and Erin Borissov, have intervened on behalf of the firm’s client, Town of Pittsboro, in the Emergency Rate Case filed by Indianapolis Water.  The Water Company asserts its emergency rate increase is necessary, in part, because of significant interest expense increases on the Water Company’s debt.
