John McLaughlin joined the firm in 2009 as an associate, concentrating his practice in the area of civil litigation, with a focus in personal injury litigation, medical malpractice litigation, Indiana worker's compensation benefits, Social Security disability benefits and supplemental security income benefits.             Mr. McLaughlin graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in May 2009.  While a law student, Mr. McLaughlin was a member of the Indiana Health Law Review and served on the Dean’s Tutorial Society Executive Board.  He also spent two semesters of law school serving as a judicial extern:  one semester with the Honorable Judge James S. Kirsch in the Indiana Court of Appeals and one semester with the Honorable Judge David A. Shaheed in the Marion County Superior Court, Civil Division 1. 

Mr. McLaughlin is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and the Federal District Court for both the Southern District of Indiana and the Northern District of Indiana.
