Employment, Labor and Pension Disputes

Parr Richey Frandsen Patterson Kruse LLP began providing labor-relations counseling, negotiation, and litigation services to its clientele soon after the adoption of the National Labor Relations Act in 1947.  The firm represents labor-relations clients, such as electric utilities, manufacturing and distribution industries, and individuals in several states.

Representation has included union certification and de-certification petitions, unfair labor practices, discrimination complaints, grievance arbitration proceedings, negotiating collective-bargaining agreements, and developing employment policies. The firm has argued labor issues before the National Labor Relations Board and before state and federal courts.

The firm dedicates substantial resources to protecting the interests of its clients in all types of employment discrimination claims before governmental agencies and state and federal courts.  Partners of the firm have conducted more than three dozen labor relations and employment seminars across the country for the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association and state electric and telephone utility associations.
