Parr Richey Frandsen Patterson Kruse LLP has provided legal services to central Indiana school districts for more than 50 years. The firm currently serves as general counsel for three districts and is often retained by others for assistance on special projects. Mr. Frandsen is a member of the National Council of School Board Attorneys.
