PAUL KRUSE graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 1981 and has been a partner in the firm since 1984. He has lived in central Indiana his entire life, attending school in Boone and Montgomery counties, before graduating from Indiana University. Mr. Kruse credits his success as a personal injury attorney to his rural upbringing, living in communities where trust and honesty are paramount and a culture of good common sense and hard work prevails.
Mr. Kruse’s interest in helping injured victims stems from his intense competitive nature and extreme compassion for those who are less fortunate. He has committed his career to helping victims and their families. He has served as counsel in thousands of cases.
Mr. Kruse has extensive experience handling catastrophic damage and wrongful death claims involving all types of personal injury liability theories. His work has included thousands of claims arising from motor vehicle incidents that have resulted in million dollar verdicts and other significant settlements for his clients. Mr. Kruse has been a board member of Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) since 1998, and is a lecturer for legal education seminars. He has written articles for injury law journals and is a member of the faculty for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) to assist in the training of litigation attorneys. Mr. Kruse has established a reputation as an effective and experienced personal injury attorney.
